Another soup winner. Joy the Baker's Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Cumin. Next time I'll reduce the amount of curry powder slightly and then make a double batch. There's no way 4 servings is enough! It freezes/thaws quite well, too.
Just reading cauliflower + soup + cumin made my mouth water. Looking forward to checking out the recipe and hoping I have those ingredients on hand already!
