Success: Homemade Guacamole

Leftover Homemade Guac!
J's been super into guacamole lately, and has tried a few times at making his own. He started with TheKitchn's Perfect Guacamole, but now adds sour cream and wings the ingredients. Mostly, you need 3 avocados, 1/2 red onion, 1/3 bunch cilantro, juice of one lime, 1/2 habanero pepper (or to taste), sour cream [to taste], and Frank's Red Hot Sauce [to taste]. The Frank's makes it a bit too spicy for me to enjoy, but you can always drop that if you prefer milder foods.

~3 Avocadoes
Scoop out three avocados.

1/3 Bunch Chopped Cilantro, 1 Lime, Half Red Onion
Add finely chopped 1/2 red onion, 1/3 bunch cilantro, and habanero pepper. Squeeze in juice of one lime.

Mix.
Start mixing, and add in sour cream, and spicy ingredients to taste as you go!

Slop on some salad.
Now slop it on some salad, and you're good to go for dinner.
