Korean Bao Sliders with Gochujang Mayo & Sweet Potato Tempura
Oh man. These Korean Bao Sliders with Gochujang Mayo & Sweet Potato Tempura were absolutely fantastic. I usually hate Blue Apron ground beef meals, but this was great. Maybe because there was fifty tons of ginger in the patties? Or because there was mayonnaise? I don't know, but it was good.

Za’atar Chicken & Pearl Couscous with Asparagus & Pink Lemon Compote
This Za’atar Chicken & Pearl Couscous with Asparagus & Pink Lemon Compote was also very very good. But I'm a tremendous fan of za'tar (especially on popcorn! and lebneh!). First time encountering a pink lemon, and probably could've done without the lemon compote, but whatever.

Creamy Lemon Pasta with English Peas, Mint & Garlic Breadcrumbs
Creamy Lemon Pasta with English Peas, Mint & Garlic Breadcrumbs, another lemon pasta! They're always very good, but don't taste very different from one to the other. The breadcrumbs were a nice touch, though.
