Success: Soy Sauce Eggs (pretty much the best way to eat hard-boiled eggs)

I'm not going to say it's the healthiest way to eat a hard-boiled egg, but this soy sauce egg (shoyu tamago) from Rasa Malaysia is a delightful way to consume hard-boiled eggs.

Slap some cold soba next to that, add some veggies, and you have yourself a meal.

  1. Real talk though, soy eggs ARE the best way to eat hard boiled eggs. I guess deviled eggs are good too, but those are like... fancy hard boiled eggs. Soy eggs hit the spot when you want a simple take on a boring boiled egg :D
