To be completely honest, I have no idea how big babies' feet are, so here's hoping that simply following the pattern will get me appropriately sized booties.

    Yeah, I'm a big fan of my doily tablerunner. I like when you can actually turn something old-fashioned (like doilies) into something totally mod.
