Success: Blackberry Cinnamon Buttermilk Pancakes

I'm going to be brief here. These pancakes from SmittenKitchen are fabulous. Especially the hint of cinnamon. Instead of cottage cheese, I used about a half cup of buttermilk, and just added milk until the consistency looked right. And after pouring into the pan, I plopped a handful of blackberries on top. Voila. Blackberry cinnamon buttermilk pancakes.

The roommates approve.
