We've been adding sauteed vegetables into our Chinese takeout lately. It stretches the meals provided by the leftovers, while also adding some serious nutrition. You could also just mix a handful of frozen veggies into the container to thaw and absorb leftover MSG overnight. I did that with some frozen broccoli in the lo mein on the right. Yum!
