Blue Apron: Week 23

Chicken Meatballs & Creamy Polenta with Tomato Sugo & Lacinato Kale
Everything this week from Blue Apron was pretty solid, including these Chicken Meatballs & Creamy Polenta with Tomato Sugo & Lacinato Kale. I'm always surprised by how good Blue Apron polenta meals are. J was out of town, so I got three meals out of this one.

Roast Pork with Sautéed Spinach & Olive Smashed Potatoes
This Roast Pork with Sautéed Spinach & Olive Smashed Potatoes was good, perhaps a little overly complicated. What's more interesting is that the URL suggests it was something nearly completely different: "seared pork roast with smashed potatoes and strawberry rhubarb compote". I guess they had a last minute change of heart?

White Pizza with Baked Eggs & Arugula-Brussels Sprout Saladb
The White Pizza with Baked Eggs & Arugula-Brussels Sprout Salad was good, although I dropped the arugula since it went bad (waited almost a week to make this meal). Still good.
