Success: Leek & Chard Quiche

Leek & Swiss Chard Quiche
'Just the tiniest pinch water-y, but otherwise this Leek & Swiss Chard Quiche from SmittenKitchen is quite good. Just like all her recipes.

THIS QUICHE CONTAINS NO CHEESE, and while it's good as is, I might sprinkle some cheese atop the eggy mixture before baking next time.

    The one time I didn't wash out a leek well enough and there was SAND all up in my dish. I haven't cooked with leeks since :/
