I think I'm not the world's biggest snickerdoodle fan. I mean, I received a few compliments on these Snickerdoodles from SmittenKitchen, and I think they tasted fine, but...like...I'd prefer a chocolate chip cookie to this? These aren't too sweet, and if you're not wrestling with your oven thermometer for control, they're pretty simply to roll in cinnamon sugar and bake.
