Autumnal Hiking

Jones Mill Run Trail

A couple weeks back, we joined a family weekend in Hidden Valley and traipsed about in the red and orange woods. Ski resorts are apparently not too populated in the fall, making the trails perfect for a bit of geocaching.

Autumn Leaves

I think my favorite part about this season is being able to use the word "autumnal" every other sentence :)

Sunset on Hidden Valley Resort

Hiking, what an autumnal activity.

Geocaching, isn't it grand?!

  1. Oh my goodness, it doesn't look like that in my area at all.

The thing about eating the same things for a week because I cooked a lot is that I get really sick of it. I can eat the same thing for a few days in a row... but not a week!

  7. I can see why you'd want to use the word autumnal if that's what fall's like for you! I'm not a fan because it means never ever seeing the outdoors, only my books and computer screen :(
