Chicken Khao Soi Soup with Yellow Curry & Crispy Wonton Noodles from Blue Apron was fine. Overall, this week was a bit dull in the Blue Apron culinary world.
The
Roast Pork & Braised Endive with Green Apple & Endive Salad was fine, but I'm still not sold on apple salads. I eat an apple for breakfast every day. Don't need one for dinner.
The
Lentil Bolognese with Fettuccine Pasta & Crispy Rosemary is like a less awesome version of
my 'frentils'. As J described, "food that you eat to live." Not to enjoy. Some small amount of leftovers.
