
Pickled Garlic from Marisa McClellan's 'Food in Jars' (similar to her recipe on SeriousEats, but with 2c red wine vinegar, 0.5Tbsp pickling salt, and 1tsp pickling spices to make a single half pint). I'm curious to see what these taste like...

The cloves come from my hardneck and softneck garlic harvest. And are actually leftover cloves from a double batch of this Seer Torshi I have started.
