TheKitchn's One Ingredient Banana Ice Cream came out pretty well. 'Tasted like banana puree, so I threw in some wildflower honey. I don't have room in my apartment for an ice cream maker, but throwing frozen bananas into a food processor is as simple as it gets.

That looks really good. I even have some frozen bananas so I'll have to try it soon.
Oh. My. Goodness. I can't believe that you can make banana ice cream just by freezing bananas and then blending them! i recently started trying to cut back on dairy and the thing I miss most is definitely ice cream--so I'll for sure be giving this a try!
