I had 1/3 loaf of stale, multi-grain Tuscany bread (love!) and called up this recipe for chocolate bread pudding that I made last year, but never documented. Anyways, the recipe is very simple, not too sweet, quite filling...and great for obliterating loaves of stale bread.

I followed the recipe, except I used semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/3 loaf stale multi-grain Tuscany bread, and 1/3 loaf toasted white Tuscany bread...magically stuffed into a 9x9 glass dish. Very simple, very tasty.
