the other day yielded 9 egg yolks...hence, I manufactured a double quantity of lemon curd using this very easy
recipe from Martha Stewart.

Double quantity of deliciousness...that expires in two days. Oh well. At least it's good for breakfast. Very lemon-y and sweet, like jelly.
