It's been awhile since I've made Diana's Desserts Soft-Glazed Gingerbread. I probably haven't touched the recipe since December 2008 (my first annual cohort dinner!). The cookies are fantastic, but a little bit of a hassle since they need to be refrigerated for 8 hours and rolled out.
I will make these again and again, but only when my laziness is outweighed by the desire for awesome gingerbread-with-a-kick.
