Baked Sicilian-Style Rigatoni with Lacinato Kale & Ricotta Salata
This Baked Sicilian-Style Rigatoni with Lacinato Kale & Ricotta Salata was an interesting dish. Raisins and almonds in your pasta, and a cheese that doesn't melt in the oven! Tasty, but different. Leftovers enough for one me-lunch.

Pork Meatballs in Butter Lettuce Cups with Soy Dipping Sauce & Sticky Rice
This Pork Meatballs in Butter Lettuce Cups with Soy Dipping Sauce & Sticky Rice was difficult to eat, but it was good. Not sure why they included mint. Seemed unnecessary. No leftovers.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken & Maduros with Stewed Collard Greens & Charred Lime
The chicken of this Jamaican Jerk Chicken & Maduros with Stewed Collard Greens & Charred Lime was perfectly tender and flavorful. But there was definitely too many onions in those stewed collard greens, the charred limes seemed like superfluous effort, and the plantains were ornery getting out of the pan. No leftovers.
