This Summer Soba Salad with Corn and Soy-Mirin Dressing was surprisingly awesome. And the prep time went by faster than usual. Lots of leftovers.
I really liked these Rice & Beef-Stuffed Poblano Peppers
with Lime-Crema Sauce also. The crema sauce really made the dish. A little time intensive, but a good meal. No leftovers.
Blue Apron really does know how to put together a pleasant, simple salad and the one that accompanies this Vietnamese Chicken Wings with Lemongrass Brown Rice is no exception. I'm not a big fan of eating meat off the bone, but these wings were quite tasty.
