Everything from Blue Apron this week was fantastic. Not a single burger in sight!
Blue Apron really knows how to do pasta right, including these
Fresh Gnocchi & Maitake Mushrooms with Corn, Thyme & Browned Butter. No leftovers.
The
Pork Ramen with Fresh Ramen Noodles & Summer Vegetables from Blue Apron was good. A little more effort than I
usually like to put into my ramen, but the fresh noodles really made the dish. So many leftovers!
Last Blue Apron in the
Pittsburgh apartment. The paper plates are the give away. J made this
Blackened Chile-Dusted Chicken with Zucchini Rice & Corn-Tomato Sauté and it was fantastic. The lime crema was a nice touch. No leftovers.
