Za'atar Chicken & Farro Salad with Beet, Goat Cheese & Pistachios

The Za'atar Chicken & Farro Salad with Beet, Goat Cheese & Pistachios from Blue Apron wins this week's best-of-Blue-Apron. Although the little fennel number below was a close second. The combination of all the ingredients here really made the dish. This is something Blue Apron does week after week. Without that goat cheese. Or the beets without the farro salad...this would be bleh. But everything together? Fantastic. And no leftovers.

Another thing Blue Apron does well, is provide high quality ingredients. Their cheese choice alone is always several steps above what you'd get from a run-of-the-mill grocery store. This Creamy Broccoli & Fennel Casserole with Mafalda Pasta & Fontina Cheese was delicious and plentiful. So many leftovers! I think we got 4 meals out of this dish.

This Oktoberfest Pork Chops with Hops-Braised Cabbage & German Potato Salad is a perfect example of how Blue Apron elevates its cabbage side dishes. With vinegar and mustard. Really turns it into something lovely.
