The Za'atar Chicken & Farro Salad with Beet, Goat Cheese & Pistachios from Blue Apron wins this week's best-of-Blue-Apron. Although the little fennel number below was a close second. The combination of all the ingredients here really made the dish. This is something Blue Apron does week after week. Without that goat cheese. Or the beets without the farro salad...this would be bleh. But everything together? Fantastic. And no leftovers.
