Success: No Cream Wild Mushroom Sauce

I've had TheKitchn's No Cream Wild Mushroom Sauce bookmarked for awhile now. It took a bit of time, but it tasted wonderful. And it's very filling. C and I got 6 or so servings out of it. It might even freeze well, for us single-person cooks. It's worth remaking.
