Today I made Gourmet's Kale and Potato Puree but with some adjustments from The Kitchn. I also made about half as much, but still ended up with two small bowls of leftovers.
Overall, tasty, but not really anything to tell home about.
[Edit 10/1/2009: In future versions of this recipe, it has come out amazingly well. Really a great, tasty dish.]
[Edit 7/8/2010: Above, a version of the kale mashed potatos using a food processor. Maybe too much green?]
