Partial Fail: Chocolate Pear Tart

My version of the Chocolate Cookbook's Chocolate Pear Tart is edible, but not aesthetically correct. Next time, I'd reserve some of the egg+whipped cream mixture, then mix the shredded chocolate with the rest of it. Pour that into the crust, add the pears, and pour the reserved egg/cream mixture on them.
