These homemade pretzels from Smitten Kitchen are considerably less labor intensive than were the bagels. However, the recipe fell somewhat short of my fondly remembered, Philly soft pretzels from growing up. C'est la vie.
I was told that it's weird to put mustard on pretzels. I'm pretty sure that person knows nothing.
