Nothing too remarkable about these steaks, potatoes, and vegetables. It was nice to be sent some fresh tarragon to fancy-up the beans. I've never worked with it before.
This barley risotto from Blue Apron is the first risotto that I actually enjoyed eating. Maybe it was the barley (instead of rice) risotto? Who knows. Tasty. But I'm not exactly ever going to go out of my way to purchase fennel root.
