Sumac-Spiced Steak & Honeynut Squash with Pickled Onion & Apple-Walnut Salad
from Blue Apron this week was fantastic. Actually, all three dishes this week were spot-on. The honeynut squash was really surprisingly good, and the steak spices worked well. No leftovers.
Spicy Korean Chicken Wings with Rice Cakes & Baby Bok Choy
were quite tasty. But it really was the rice cakes + bok choy that stole the show. No leftovers.
Brie & Pear Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Brussels Sprout, Arugula & Hazelnut Salad
was tasty. Jim's not totally sold on the pear in there, but brie + chicken breast sandwiches are my favorite, so I appreciated this spin. The salad was also fantastic, we had just a bit of salad leftovers.
