Korean Tteok & Spicy Pork "Ragù" with Baby Bok Choy
This Korean Tteok & Spicy Pork "Ragù" with Baby Bok Choy. I could eat everyday for every meal. A little heavy on the ginger, but it really was fantastic. I love those little rice cakes. I'd like some more of this right now, but alas, there were no leftovers.

Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches with Endive & Blue Cheese Salad
A sandwich from Blue Apron that did not totally fall flat! It's a miracle! These Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches with Endive & Blue Cheese Salad were good. The salad was a bit meh, but what can you do? No leftovers. 'Would make again.

Cacciatore-Style Baked Eggs with Lacinato Kale & Parmesan-Garlic Toasts
A more dull dish than this Cacciatore-Style Baked Eggs with Lacinato Kale & Parmesan-Garlic Toasts has never been made. And of course, there was a million pounds of leftovers. Just imagine you boiled a bunch of vegetables in tomato sauce, then you'd have this poor excuse for a meal. No one in their right mind would pay $10/head for this, even if it give each 'head' two meals. So dull.
