Weird Snack

When I was 22 and interning in Scotland I had a 20 year old male flatmate whose father lived in Belgium. He had the weirdest snack food, avocado halves with mayonnaise. Perhaps it was the frequent visits to Belgium and their fondness for the sandwich spread, but that won't explain why I too find an avocado half with some mayo to be the perfect midday break. A great side to your daily binge of hummus.
