Blue Apron Chicken & Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwiches with Shredded Collard Green & Carrot Slaw were fantastic. Maybe because they had you make the buttermilk biscuits yourself? Dunno! I ate these as an open-faced sandwich as there was no way it'd stick together as a sandwich, but it was very good!

Blue Apron Fresh Basil Fettuccine with Sautéed Cherry Tomatoes & Zucchini was very simple, but also very very good. Fresh pasta and simple toppings really go a long way.
The
Beef Albondigas with Sautéed Summer Squash & Pan Con Tomate were fine. Nothing to write home about.
