Here's my progress so far on the Knitspot Ostrich Plumes Scarf or Stole that I converted into a blanket/throw pattern. It's taking forever, but it's really easy and absolutely gorgeous.
I'm using 80% Cotton / 20% Merino Cotton Fine Yarn in 'Gold Dust' by the Brown Sheep Company, that I got off of eBay. The color is a bright, golden yellow, which will fit in nicely with all my brightly colored rooms.
