I was feeling so uninspired. The day before it had been 70 degrees, and today it was gray and cold. I went through my specially marked 'todo' recipes in Google Reader, and ended up somewhere I've been before. TheKitchn's No Cream Wild Mushroom Sauce, delicious as before, but with better photos this time around. It's not overly complicated and it comes out tasty each time.
Sadly, I keep forgetting to put the Parmesan cheese on it.
