Another step closer on the summer goals: game nights! (and a tasty drink...)
I decided to use the momentous occasion of the first Game Night to try out Southern Living's Raspberry Beer Cocktail.
3/4c frozen raspberries
+ 3.5x 12oz beer (I used Yuengling, a lager)
+ 12oz frozen pink lemonade concentrate
+ 1/2c vodka

Oh that's such a good idea! We bought monopoly & scrabble at Christmas as have played scrabble once I think... :( Was your drink nice? It sounds it :)
Lemonade? Beer? Raspberries? I'm in! Sounds like such a very refreshing summer drink.
This drink is lovely...although it really has almost nothing to do with beer. Sweet and refreshing.
That sounds wonderful - although I bet it doesn't taste much like beer by the time it's mixed!
