This is by far the easiest thing I've ever cooked. Throw some boneless, skinless chicken pieces (I used 1.5lbs breasts and 1.5lbs thighs) into the crock pot with some spices. Pour on a can of beer and a bottle of BBQ sauce, and then wait 8 hours. The meat comes out soft and wonderful. It freezes/thaws beautifully. It's just great.
