In a brave attempt to consume my homemade, lacto-fermented sauerkraut, Jim and I constructed this Polish meal. We also already happened to have homemade applesauce from my FoodLab Workshop earlier in the day. We added some Potato Pancakes from AllRecipes, a side of kielbasa, sour cream, and boxed wine.
Dizzy, as always, had to get involved.
