Seared Chicken & Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds with Chestnut & Brussels Sprout Pan Sauce
This Seared Chicken & Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds with Chestnut & Brussels Sprout Pan Sauce was fantastic. The roasted sweet potatoes + lemon-juice marinated onions strikes again! The chicken was cooked perfectly, too, even though we always microwave our meat a bit at the end to get the temperature right without burning.

Mushroom Browned Butter Cavatelli with Lacinato Kale & Soft-Boiled Eggs
The Mushroom Browned Butter Cavatelli with Lacinto Kale & Soft-Boiled Eggs was also fantastic, and also no leftovers. Butter + pasta, hard to go wrong.

Trattoria-Style Cheeseburgers with Crispy Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes & Aioli
HATE BLUE APRON BURGERS. Including this Trattoria-Style Cheeseburgers with Crispy Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes & Aioli. Always so much effort for such disappointing yield. The burgers this time didn't cook fast enough, so the cheese melted right off. Should've saved the cheese for the very end.
