Chicken Schnitzel with Fingerling Potato Salad & Lingonberry Jam
were effortful, as anything that requires a flour, egg, and bread crumb dipping is, but also tasty. This recipe made 2 Iris-meals.
The pork chops in this
Center-Cut Pork Chops with Warm Beet, Carrot & Walnut Salad
were a bit dry, but the vegetable side was surprisingly good. No leftovers.
Fontina & Preserved Lemon Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Endive, Clementine & Mint Salad from Blue Apron
feels like a bit of a vegetarian cop-out on their part. I mean, it was good but it's not exactly nutritious. And the Blue Apron Endive Salad is always less than good. Made 2 Iris-meals.
