Very Simple Dal Palak from TheKitchn as it is really simple, really forgiving, really filling, and makes a
gigantic quantity of food. Like, enough for lunch for a week plus a few dinners.
Freezes and thaws exceptionally well, plus all the veggie nutrients a gal could want or need.
