It's rather simple, although heavily reliant on dairy: a can of sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, lime zest,lime juice, and a bit of sugar for the topping. 'Good for making in summer, too, as it doesn't require to have the oven on for long (especially if you're like me and you cheat. and buy your graham cracker crust pre-made).
