Success: Pineapple Upside Down Cake

It's been almost a year since I made a pineapple upside down cake. This time I decided to try this Pineapple Upside Down Cake recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction. The updated version came out quite nicely. A light cake with the added sweetness of canned pineapple and maraschino cherries. None of the odd black bits from a cast iron pan and no issues with anything sticking!

So, so 60s, but very cute!

The lighting & staging aren't the best, but I had people over, so I gotta do what I gotta do!
