A simple, make-ahead, no cooking mid-morning snack or dessert. Chia seed pudding!
Chia Seed Pudding
1/2 cup almond milk + 2 Tbsp chia seed + a small amount of (optional) honey + a tiny bit of vanilla extract + 1 tsp of matcha (if desired). Mix until no clumps remain, then refridgerate for 2+ hours.
Fruit is defrosted frozen berries, mixed with a bit of honey. Added right before serving.
