Despite the previous
two batches of strawberry rhubarb crumble, there was still many strawberries left in the freezer. I got
really carried away during berry picking last summer! This time I threw them into
SmittenKitchen's blueberry bread and butter pudding, swapping out the berries and using better bread than what was called for. Came out quite pleasant...but could probably use more berries next time!
