These sourdough pancakes from AllRecipes.com don't actually have any special sourdough taste to them. I'm not sure why you'd use this recipe, unless you just happened to have some sourdough starter that you don't want to toss (it uses starter instead of flour). So I guess maybe that's it's purpose? To not let starter go to waste?
