Brown Butter Apple Loaf
Did I overbrown the butter? Yes. Did I substitute all purpose flour for the whole wheat flour and then not subtract enough brandy? Yes. Did this Brown Butter Apple Loaf from TheKitchn come out mostly okay anyways? Yes.

This recipe's a champ. And tastes a bit like apple pancakes. Not too challenging, not too easy. It's a great breakfast cake if you're in the mood for tiny bites of cinnamon apples. Will make again.
