Three Cheese Calzones with Kale & Tomato Sauce
A sort of bland Blue Apron week, this one. Fine, but bland. The Three Cheese Calzones with Kale & Tomato Sauce were decent and top the list this week. Probably would've been better with the broccoli rabe instead of kale, as the recipe was originally intended. Half a calzone (an me-lunch!) leftover.

Chicken & Udon Noodle Soup with Napa Cabbage & Dried Lime
The Chicken & Udon Noodle Soup with Napa Cabbage & Dried Lime was good. J was out of town, so I got three meals out of it, which is the best way to do Blue Apron. I wasn't a super fan of the chicken in this soup, but the broth was gingery flavorful and the noodles were good.

Juicy Lucy Burgers with Frizzled Onion & Romaine-Walnut Salad
Juicy Lucy Burgers with Frizzled Onion & Romaine-Walnut Salad. Nope. This time they tried to have us seal the cheese inside the burger patty except the insides of the burgers never get hot enough on the stove (they'll burn before they do). So we nuke them to finish 'em off, and all the cheese bleeds out. Do this on repeat. It's awful and disappointing. The salad was more exciting.
