Milk Pail Market Frozen Chocolate Croissants - cooked for 13 minutes and half eaten, delicious!
This is a home-cooked croissant from my local grocery store, the Milk Pail Market. It's a semi-outdoors grocery store. I basically buy all my healthy food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) from them, although I'm not sure if their frozen croissants really count as 'healthy'. They sure are fantastic, though.

If you just follow the online instructions, you defrost them overnight, then bake the next day for 13 minutes at 375. What you end up with is a perfectly flaky croissant that's nice and warm. They really are fantastic. We tried out the chocolate variety as well as the cream cheese & strawberry. The chocolate croissants were awesome, but the cream cheese croissant would be better without the overly sweet strawberry jam. Either way, we ate all of them!
