SmittenKitchen's Ultimate Zucchini Bread is FANTASTIC. The turbinado sugar on top makes a nice crusty top, and the 2 cups of zucchini go a nice long way towards making a moist cake. I ended up using one grey zucchini and one Bennings tint patty pan squash, as well as light brown sugar instead of dark. A nice way to use a couple garden squashes, when you've got'em! I made this recipe at least 4x this summer when I had all that garden produce.
