I've been living off of frozen cookie dough as a lazy dessert. 'Had some leftover buttermilk from
St. Patrick's Day, so I ended up trying out something new. I adapted these
Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Cookies from Food52, made them smaller, used mini morsels instead of chunks, and froze most of the cookie balls for freezer-eating.
Review: These taste pretty much no different from the standard Tolhouse recipe.
