I cannot tell a lie. I had almost nothing to do with the baking of these Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies from Joy the Baker. I think I "supervised." Maybe. It doesn't make them any less tasty (think miniature apple pies that take a lot less effort). It just means I'm a lazy bum.
Anyways, J baked another batch with reduced walnuts and some added raisins, and I quote, "they kicked ass. like, for real, yo".
Look at the apple chunks! ...and the cinnamon...
