Yet another SmittenKitchen recipe, this time a pineapple upside down cake, for a birthday a month late.
I followed the modifications of the author, but I would probably recommend actually adding in a teaspoon or two of cardamom. The cake underneath the caramel-pineapples was just too normal. But maybe that's just me.
